Happy New Year

Happy new year to all of our customers and website voyeurs. I am always amazed how many people follow the new cars coming to us and what we are doing in this thoroughly enjoyable hobby business. Thank you for your support.

Highlight of 2017 was stripping the XK150 3.8S dhc with my son and his friend Ben joining in. 2018 will see this restoration conclude and I aim to fulfil my promise to take the car back to the owner of over 50 years for a drive. I am sure he will love the car as he did for all of those 50 years.

For 2018 we have 4 further restorations in build. Most exciting will be the long term restoration of chassis 89 into an FIA race car for Guy, myself and my 17 year old son to race. Angus has a full season in Ginetta Supercup in a 360bhp fire breathing monster as his modern car but our TR2 will go to Le Mans Classic for a different challenge for Angus to race and hopefully we will get the black beauty chassis 89 to the track later in the year.

Its never boring in the classic car world and I see the continued emergence of new initiatives, products and services to enable continued enjoyment of our hobby.

Happy new year

Two second in class trophies will be returning to base after a fantastic run over 5 days in the beautiful ancient city of Mdina Malta.

What we do

Occasionally in life, there comes a time when second best simply isn't good enough. A time when you've worked hard and dealt with the tough issues life throws at you to the point when you can say 'this time I want the best'. 6 years ago I reached that moment.

We are enthusiasts and enjoy nothing more than competing in race, rally and hillclimb events. Following our Le Mans Classic exploits in 2010 where we were the first drum braked car home in our XK120, things went a lttle quiet until Guy had a fantastic result at the Goodwood revival in the same 120 and then again in the Cooper Bristol.

Our stock of classic cars is changing on a regular basis. We have cars that are 'turn key' and ready to go. Others are in the latter stages of restoration or final preparation. Please call and discuss your requirements. We can usually find what it is you would like even if we don't have it presently in stock. We are always looking for similar stock.
